These Standard Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of research services ("Services") by the Research Analyst ("RA") to the client ("Client" or "You"). By accepting delivery of the research service, the client confirms that they have elected to subscribe the research service of RA at their sole discretion and acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. RA confirms that research services shall be rendered in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Research Analysts (RA) Regulations.
